Food Cycler - Great Device
I have used the Food Cycler twice with great results. I bought an extra bucket with a lid. I have that one on the kitchen counter while the other one is in the Food Cycler. My only complaint/suggestion is the handle on the cast iron heavy lid is very smooth and slippery, and it is worse when my hands are wet at the sink. I’m always fearful the lid will slip out of my hand. Sometimes I have to pick up the lid by the edge - not easy. You should try redesigning it. I can’t imagine that would be very hard.
